불안은 언제나 여기에 있다
전시는 문화적 풍요 이면에 존재하는 불안과 긴장의 근원을 비판적 시각과 가치 중립적 태도로 바라본다. 포스트 코로나 시대의 학생운동, 사회적 차별, 진짜 나를 찾는 일, 유기적 소통의 단절, 문화적 상호 텍스트성, 사적 아카이브 등 우리가 마주한 크고 작은 사회문화적 이슈는 어쩌면 우리 스스로 잘 알지만 동시에 외면했던 문제일지 모른다. 그럼에도 우리는 디자인이 우리 삶의 변화를 만드는 역할을 담당할 수 있다고 여전히 믿는다.
The Blind Zone
"The Blind Zone" critically examines the origins of anxiety and tension underlying cultural abundance from a critical perspective and a value-neutral attitude. Issues such as student activism in the post-coronavirus era, social discrimination, the quest for true identity, the rupture of organic communication, cultural intertextuality, and personal archives are the large and small socio-cultural issues we face, which may be well known to us but at the same time, problems we have overlooked. Nevertheless, we still believe that design can play a role in bringing about changes in our lives.
